All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Customer Preference: If you prefer a specific courier service, please inform us at the time of order.
Personal Delivery: For customers located near our operations hub, we may provide direct delivery for faster service.

4. Tracking & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via SMS or Email.
Cash on Delivery: For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) island-wide. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the courier's arrival.
5. Secure Packaging & Privacy
Safe Packing: Every order is packed securely with protective materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Discreet Shipping: We respect your privacy. For sensitive or private products, we use plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the specific contents on the exterior.
6. Customer Responsibility & Damages
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address. Ceyglow is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged Items (Unboxing Video): To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package. This video serves as essential evidence if an item arrives damaged. Without a clear unboxing video, we may be unable to process replacement or refund claims.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
