- COD Policy: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to have the exact total amount ready upon the courier’s arrival.

- Responsibility: Ceyglow is not responsible for undelivered packages or packages delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address or contact number provided by the customer.
- Timeline: While we aim for delivery within 5 business days, external factors (courier delays, weather, holidays) may affect this timeline.
- Discreet Shipping: We provide discreet packaging for sensitive items; however, the courier service will still have access to your contact details for delivery purposes.
5. Returns, Refunds, and “The Unboxing Rule”
- Unboxing Video: As stated in our Returns Policy, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Hygiene: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on items where the seal is broken or the product has been used.
